Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Rael pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags. Please ensure products are in their original condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are still attached and intact.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and attach it firmly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
